Children participating in the Get GRIT Program are expected to demonstrate appropriate behaviour during the sessions at all times. Inappropriate behaviour, including disruptive behaviour or non-compliant behaviour, which in turn affects other children from fully participating in the program will result in expulsion from the group.

The director will observe the child and decide if his/her behaviour is appropriate. If a participant is excluded from the program, the remaining cost of the program fee will be refunded.

Program fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please ensure you choose carefully and that you are available for the dates and the time of the workshop.

We reserve the right to cancel a workshop to make sure we meet the minimum number of participants required (4 participants). If we cancel a workshop we will give you a full refund.

Our events are for mix genders and any configuration may be present during the session.

If the teacher is not able to deliver a session, we will organise a replacement session within 10 business days.

Missed classes. If your child misses a class due to other commitments or from illness we will not provide a refund for missed lessons. However we will offer a make-up class at our next available program.

Get GRIT makes no guarantees of any kind in terms of educational outcomes and disclaims all responsibility or liability for direct or consequential damages resulting from participation in the program.

Any information we collect from you is kept strictly secure and confidential. We are dedicated to keeping your details private and do not sell any of your personal details to anyone. The information you provide us is used to identify your enquiry or booking and contact you regarding our service offerings.
