You have 30 days after purchasing a product to refund or ask for an exchange. Unfortunately, after 30 days, we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.  We are proud of our remarkably low return rate.  However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to need to return your order.  Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to our Brisbane warehouse in Australia.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

WRONG ADDRESS

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the shipping address is correct. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at info@getgritprogram as soon as you place your order. We cannot guarantee we can make the change, however will do our best. If it is too late for our team to cancel or change the shipping address, you can return your order to us once you have received it.

RETURNS

By placing an order at Get GRIT, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Get GRIT’s warehouse. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  Please email info@getgritprogram.com for more information on how to return your order.
